my allis 185 has been drinking some anti freeze, i pre heat it with a tank heater for anything from 1 to 4 hours before starting, then run about an hour to feed hay daily, located west central wisconsin. seems like something in the range of a quart daily. any ideas, oil is black not milky, don't see any change in color of exhaust, and can't see any leaks?

get a pressure tester from napa and pump the system up to 12lbs and watch for leaks is the easy way to find out whats going on |

I had a 200 do that, always low on water ,the sleeves were pitting -electrolises- it would burn the water with the fuel , a little at first , 6 months later she started steaming bad out the blowby , but it would be best to get a pressure tester
