who can make a set of gears to put in trans to speed up tractor above 4 Low. like in place of 3rd. need more than one gear....

If you want a gear close to 4th you will have to change both the input shaft and gears in conjunction with the third gear pair most likely.

7000 gears have a different shift collar (more dogs to grind into) than a 180, 185, 190, 200 trans mission. So don't let anyone sell you 190 gears and say they are a direct fit - they aren't. I think the countershaft splines are different also.
