 I am on the hunt for a 12 volt, 3 position switch for use as a windshield wiper motor control. Preferably have OFF--slow---high, Anyone got a suggestion and link on where to look,,,?? TIA.

If is newer than 1990 may be a real problem as those do not use a Switch to control the motor speed, the Switch feeds a electronics box that changes the signals to the motor on a single wire system.  Pre 90 the systems had multiple contacts in the switches to feed to different input terminals at the motor itself.  What vehicle are you working on?

You could go to any parts store and ask for a windshield wiper switch for a 1984 F150 and it would do exactly what you are wanting.

Around here they ask "what size engine and automatic or manual". Then after punching a few keys on the computer, The answer would be "we don't have a listing for something that old".
If it was fun to pull in LOW gear, I could have a John Deere.
