We have snow drifts as high as our roofs here. He could a shut the darn thing down several hours earlier. I was able to get out and get to the pharmacy today. They have the big rotary snow plows moving the darn crap here. My older sis lives in St Paul Minn says they might have 2" on the ground now. My snow plow truck must need another rebuilt starter on it. It ain't going to get a rebuilt unit, it'll get a new one. Dang choke cable is froze up on my skid loader. It does not have a cab on it so it's sorta real cold.

Ted, winter was progressing rather nicely here right up until 1-8. That's when all this white crap, wind, and cold started! Driving home from work after midnight in white-out conditions 3 or 4 nights out of 5 is getting really old. At least we got done hunting deer before it got miserable.
