did a couple on the grill last night...the old lady....ooooops....i mean the loving wife approved! they really did turn out very good. trick is not to burn the crust. o-k...while at the store today(4th time out in 3 months), i couldn't find any pizza dough anywhere in the store (must gonna be pizza weekend at homes) anyways...i settled on flat bread. cooked up the ingrediants we wanted first, then put some sauce on the bread along with the ingrediants, covered the whole things with motzorella (spelling) cheeze, put a dome over them just a few minutes (til cheeze is melted) and pulled them off to slice. they were awesum! she wants them again tonight. ya'll know what you like on your pizzas, and if you wanna spice things up (not spicy) or give it a slight different taste, use ranch dressing instead of pizza sauce. you will be surprised at the flavor! our favorite ingediants on pizza are: hamberger, black olives, mushrooms, onion, breakfast bacon, and 3-4 different cheezes. the flat6 bread worked great. didn'
t burn on the bottom and the flavor was good with the other fix'ins on the top.

I made a pizza on the smoker for my wife last night. Only I just threw a frozen chicken bacon ranch pizza on. Not a homemade one. Still turned out good. She liked it. Guess I'll have to raise the stakes a little today though, and probably take her out to eat, as today is her birthday. Darrel

Shameless I’ve used the flay bread for a home grown pizza before. Quite impressed. Haven’t tried the grill or smoker yet.

I don’t eat spam anything. |

I tried to follow the science, but it was not there. I then followed the money, and that’s where I found the science.
