Does anyone know the overall length of as Allis Chalmers DD grade?.
1970 190XT, 1973 200, 1962 D-19 Diesel, 1979 7010, 1957 WD45, 1950 WD, 1961 D17, Speed Patrol, D14, All crop 66 big bin, 180 diesel, 1970 170 diesel, FP80 forklift. Gleaner A

I think its something over 20".  I had mine on a 18' rollback, and the front wheels wuz a danglin there... Had the blade down, to raise the front axle...

Hi Joe.   According to the literature from Nov/61, the DD grader with 8" sq. beam is 18'-7-1/2" in length, 6'-1/2" in width, and 7'-6-1/2" high with a cab ( 6'- 1-3/4" w/o cab, with 7.50-20,6 ply tires. Shipping weight was 9,350# +/- (Note that the tires were probably factory loaded with cal.).

   What year is your Grader?

It is a pre 1961 model with the round tube with cab.
I have not gone to look at it yet
