Fellows, I want to thank everyone who ordered products from our website, flavored honey, etc Unfortunately I have Run out of JalapeƱo powder and will not have anymore until Dec 3rd. I went to Walmart tonight to get more. They were out so I ordered some from Amazon. Coming home I saw some fellows finishing up corn. It got me to thinking about running corn for others. I used to do quite a bit for others. My favorite time of day to run corn was between sunset and sunrise. Those lights on the cab always highlighted the corn stalks dancing around while they were going thru the snapping rolls. I only run beans 1 time after dark. It was for a friend. His neighbor was supposed to do them but his combine blew up. I started about noon on Saturday and ran all night. About 7:00 Am I broke a piece in the sickle drive. I was able to get it off and ran by the welding shop. PBR, Pierce Brothers Repair. The old boy was there sweeping up, I ask him if he would be kind enough to stick those 2 pieces back together so I could finish up Dons beans. He was nice enough to do it, gave him a little tip too. Finished up, got the wagons in the shed before noon and it snowed 8-10" later that afternoon. Those were fun days. I ain't sure I could climb the ladder now.
