Was having coffee on deck this morning. Cool overcast but a light breeze and few bugs. Saw a Brown spot move out in the pasture thought might be a Armadillo so got Binoculars. About 400 yards across the field two Yotes had parked for the evening, one was awake and was looking around the other still sleeping but kicking once in awhile.

400+ is a bit of a challenge for me anymore so can lay out there and sleep. Will get braver as time slips by and get closer, then are Mine!!

As areas West of here get built up Coyote are plentiful here , neighbor cleared a couple areas of trees and brush for good view of field behind his house (shooting lanes)
Has his potter scope and rifle stand on back deck , so has over 100 to his record now .
Can hear a lot of them late at night howling but here i have not seen any and only 700 yards to his place but his opens into fields with woods on 2 sides
