Group 1.  I got mine at Batteries+Bulbs (several years ago).  It has been perfectly reliable even though the tractor sits all winter.  I could have it on a smart charger, but forgot last year and it still fired up easily in the spring.

I recently bought a new 12V battery for my 1940 B.  Prices have gone
through the roof and I had to go to 3 or 4 places to find one.  Cost  me
around $160 with core trade-in at Advance Auto Parts.
