If anyone is so inclined,
You can download the HF app from the Play Store or the store for the IPhone. And if you can't do that, sign up on their email list and open your email on your phone to the email from them and get your coupons that way.

Joe, I hope your wife doesn't read your posts on here while she recuperates, if she does, you're in trouble!

I've gotten a lot of things HF and they work well and some have lasted quite some time for me. I can't complain.......
I have a NUMBER of Craftsman's that need replacement but I'm guessing I'm out of luck for getting anything of the old quality that these old ones are. That metal cutting bandsaw is on sale now, I guess I better run down and get one. Thanks for the info ac720nut! |

so far...I've never had anything I bought at HF go bad on me. one of their angle grinders ($19.00) has outlasted one of my Dewalts. I bought a 3/4 inch socket set from there, have used long pipes on the ratchet and it's still holding up like new. and never broke any sockets yet. an air compressor I bout there 5 years ago is still going strong (direct drive). I do see they are a bit more expensive on them brown/blue/silver cheapy tarps than other places. I did want to buy one of them little cheapy trailers to mount a grain cleaner on, but they have quit selling them, they were really cheapy made!

OK, OK,,,well,,,shoot Thad it may as well be ME,,,cause I bought one of them 7 amp ones for thet sale price and I'll tell you,,,it is a work hog,,,!! It has done all I've thrown at it,,!!! Have you tried their new Hercules brand of 4 1/2" metal cutting blades? I got a 10 pack for try out on sale for $8 and they are great,,!! They outlast BY A BUNCH,, the "Cheapy" HF brand of cutting wheels I been buying for 10 pack for $5.99. I like em better than the Makita or theDewalt discs. I like to use the cutting discs instead of the cutting torch cause of no cleanup grinding, welds easier and,,,and,,did I mention "Cheeper" than acytelene,,,,???

I will try the disks from Hercules. I had a HF cutoff disk blow up in my face and try to remove my front teeth so I’ve became a bit particular bout which cutoff blades I use. I’ve been having good luck with Gator brand from the local hardware store but they are a bit expensive.
