while waiting in the docs office for my old lady....oooops....I mean the loving wife, I was reading several magazines, and wow...saw a article showing an AC tractor pulling a binder near George IA. was a WD45, or a 45, maybe an RC? didn't name the operator. pulling a binder thru an oats field. the article did mention a threashing bee at the Fred and Sylvia Duin farm, also showed an old AC tractor at the threshing machine.

I've seen a similar article - perhaps the same one. Apparently they don't advertise the event enough that I've known about it. George is a short hours drive for me.

George IA is the home of Sudenga Industries. Check the history section of their website.
One of their products was the 'Extra Clutch' for Allis-Chalmers WC tractors giving them live PTO.  I have one in a WC.
Nothing is impossible if it is properly financed

George, Iowa was a noontime lunch stop on the A-C caravan to the Albert City GOTO.  I believe that Gilbert Vust's brother also was from that town.

This is just an example of the many things you see at 10 mph.

For more pictures of that caravan ride:  https://sites.google.com/site/sharesomesnow/iowa-a-c-tractor-caravan
