Ray, aka Rltool, made me a set of shock bolts, the sleeve for the pivot, a proper carriage bolt, and an extra set of bushings.  I should have snapped some pictures of his works of art before I installed them.  Suffice to say, I applied a layer of grease to the shafts of each bolt as well as Anti-Seize to all threads.  Everything is assembled, and the seat doesn't sway for probably the first time in over 25 years.

 looks like you have been spending some quality time with the WD! Yea they all have those seat problems after years of work. Good fix!

My cousin came down from Tulsa, today, to help me knock out the 100,000 mile service on my truck.  Thankfully, he brought a stepped drill bit so I could drill a ¾" hold in the dash for the ignition switch (courtesy of B&B).  Am hoping to get the electrical knocked out next before making some final tweaks in hope of being able to fire it up.
