you need the early brackets and drawbar+depth adjustment and also the rockshaft is different+different rockshaft brackets, then you got to decide - hand lift or hydraulic...
 
I got most of that stuff, but am not necessarily in the parting mood right now. I got this idea that I will have one of each of those early model plows....  Then again, I got lots of ideas and just need more time and money....

Glenn, Why not buy it and add all the proper hand lift stuff to it(I have the final drive brackets and the front depth control lever or whatever you call it) and I'll come out and borrow it and put it on B254 and send you pictures of me plowing. Better yet, I'll send video. LOL

Charlie, because I got my eye on a B numbered just above 101 that it would look good on, but I got a couple of those beams and bottoms + some on the side.... Otherwise I'd be a happy sharin' fella'...... Glenn
