My neighbor has a red tractor (i'll help him anyway) with a Freeman 3000 loader. Loader has lift cylinders and one 2-way cylinder on the bucket. All cylinders need to be repacked. He has not been able to find packing for Freeman loaders anywhere. Anybody out there have a lead on where he might get some? Thanks.

Do a google search for  Chevron Packings. You can find places to buy them and read about installation. The 2 way cylinder will be a little different with orings or some kind of seal on a piston. If you can get things apart, measure all diameters and bring the old parts to a local hydraulic shop for their help.

I had one of those loaders several years ago. When the rams started leaking I just took them to a local JD dealer[ sorry that is all that I have here without driving a hour] and they repaired then.
