F-A 262B pan scraper part

   Not real sure what its called or what its worth but its for sale so make an offer.  It came with the engine I bought and I have no use for it, I can't say for sure if it works or not it has been sitting for several years now but had oil in it until a couple weeks ago when I separated it from the engine. Open to all offers and information as to what its called.
