Not sure but my guess I you will have to find a machine shop and have made what it is you need. Option #2 would be to have a flywheel made specific to your application.

You are correct. Haney's from Athens, Alabama have had a 426 in a 180 for a while now. It is now a component chassis but I think it was a 180 driveline when it was first installed. There was also someone who just posted a video from a 200 with a 426 installed. Talked with either of those folks.

How fast do you need to go? What class / rules will you be running?

What weight? What do you compete against? Cubic inch limit?

So 12 MPH is your max or 17 MPH??

If I am interpreting the rules correctly, division IV says nothing about turbo chargers where division V (open 17 MPH class)does. Is the division IV class naturally aspirated? Also, it mentions factory OEM cylinder head - no recast or aluminum heads but it's OK to install and engine that didn't come in the tractor???

http://www.delmarvatractorpullers.com/rules-regulations/

Good luck in whatever you decide to do. The rules are not real specific as they are posted on the web page. Before I would build anything I would get some specific answers on what can and can not be done.
