My manufactors plate on the dash is hard to read (painted over twice) but it looks like the serial no# is 5118.
Any idea when this old girl was made?
 
Also there is a line hanging down from the Fuel Pressure guage on the dash. Where is this suppost to be connected to?

Hi Jay, #5118 would make it a 1956. Can't help you on the line.

the line from the fuel pressure auge conects after the secondary fuel filter someone has it capped off as you should have between 6 to 8 Lbs of fuel pressure going into the injection pump

Looking at the injector pump side of the machine, is the secondary filter the one on the right, closet to the dash?
