The torq tube on the IB is shorter. so the rails will be to short. If you want to change a B into an I B you would have to turn the final drives, change the torq tube and everything that goes with that steering etc. and change the front end. The seat and the fenders are differant.
The universal answer to all questions is yes, how much do you want to spend?
