I am working on a 440 it has a Dana A235 axle. I need the sun gear and the stack nut for the plantary.

You may want to look at a Steiger Bearcat. They are the same thing just different colors.

Thanks for the info. I have found a place that has sun gears on order. Hope to get a hold of one. The stack nut is still a challenge. Still looking.

3 or 4 different companies used the same model, just rebadged. I have a book at home on them

Might try this link.  I believe they are commonly reffered to as a Franklin planetary that most of the tractor pullers use.
