Use the 45 water pump and crank pulley.17's stick out too far for use in a 45

the crank snout on the D17 eng is longer than on a 45 eng,  the 45 crank pulley will go on but will set toward the radiator by about and 1/2 inch, so youll have to fab a spacer for your water pump pully to space it out and redrill the hole for the gernerator mouting to line everything up to the crank pulley.   The oil lines on the right side of the eng alos interfear with the steering shaft and can be rotated just a little to miss the shaft.  HTH
