I am asking for help to identify this Air-Maze filter.  There is a no. A17161 stamped on the top.  I wonder if anyone knows  what it is use on.  I would like to list it forsale so that it could wind up with someone who could use it. It's new and has never been used.  It measures overall about 5" high, base where it would go in a carburetor is 1 1/2" and the diameter of the oil reservoir is about 3 1/2". Thanks in advance for any help.  It's not doing me any good just sitting here.

is it a threaded base? looks like it might have come from air compressor. Some of the old IR compressors I had at work used one like that.
