Well, I figured I'd find a use for this Ford 8N belt pulley, this adapter turned out pretty good. The Oliver 55 barely idols and the 'buzz' saw is running 3 or 4 times as fast as it did on the IHC Stationary engine. Got no video, my camera finally crapped out, had to buy my cousin one and then borrow it for these shots.
And yes, it will be going to Farmshow magazine in a few minutes !

Excellent idea Warren. Looks like it works good. Buy yourself a B or C, and you can have a belt pulley right next to the PTO. Pretty much the same setup, except there is a PTO shaft and a belt pulley.
I didn't do it! It was a short, fat, tall, skinny guy that looked like me!

Finally heard from FarmShow magazine this week. Took three days for me to get in early enough to call before 4:30 CT. Talked with Bill Gergen for several minutes, trying to describe what he was looking at in the pix. I didn't have my computer fired up yet so I was working with what I could remember was in the pix. Anyway, it'll likely be in the next magazine after a story is written up and I approve it this week. Need to get a video of it in action now ! Not that it amounts to all that much.

Well I finally got around to making a short video of the belt pulley in action. Really doesn't amount to much but it works.
New camera makes HD videos, really nice but takes forever to upload !
