I was able to retrieve the B today that I bought a couple of weeks ago. The serial# is 17284, if I remember correctly. (1938?) It's not actually home yet, it's in hiding by Chad(WI) until I have a plan to sneak it home without having to notify the War Dept.

Many thanks to Chad and his Dad Gus for helping pull off this covert operation!

That # makes it a 1939 but I think it would have looked better on my trailer. LOL Great find Larry.

That is where you need a good buddy to store tractors at his place for a while, sometimes a year or so. Then when you finally bring it home, and she asks, you say oh well I have had that one for a long time.

I managed to get a Roto-Baler past SWMBO (she who must be obeyed) with, "I bought that before we met". That actually was true though.
