This past week our AC 621 forklift blew a head gasket. This forklift has a D15 engine in it (above 9001 serial number, 160 Cu. In. engine). The head is slightly warped, so we are going to have the head planed .010. The question that we have will we have any problem with pistons hitting the valves?

Check the protrusion of the sleeves while you are at it. Make sure to use head gasket with fire rings. HTH Tracy
