Mine has the same holes as all the other ones I've found online but my distributor has a guide stud on it any help to find gasket?

If I understand correctly you just need an additional hole in the gaskets you're seeing online in order for it to work in your setup?

Don't think I've ever seen a gov housing with a locate dowel.  Either way, just punch the extra hole you need in the gasket and bolt it on.

If the governor housing (NOT the distributer !!) has a small line-up dowel, that is for the timing gears backlash !! Each engine may be a little different and yes, the gasket, which has no holes, gets that hole punched in it.

I drilled a bunch of various sized holes part way in to the side of a piece of 2 X 3 and mounted it to the wall.

Now my punches are always within reach'
