When i speed the feeder house/header up it has a good amount of howling noise, when I slow it down it goes away. But at the speed I run at I need the feeder house/header at the speed that makes the annoying howling noise. Is there a fix for this noise or no? I do not notice any bearing s that have gone

On the RH side down low, which pulley speed are you using ?? Large (fast) or small (slow) ??   Slow down the VS corn head drive and with the engine off spred apart the lower sheaves with a bar. Disconnect the corn head drive shaft and see if you can move that throat countershaft up/down or forwards/backwards. That bearing could be spinning on the shaft.

Maybe bearings inside the upper or lower drums are shot. ?

If the right side has the belt on the small sheaves, you'd better be checking that bearing on the left side as I have described. Also, the upper variable sheaves have bearings that need to be repacked with grease every couple of years. Maybe they are dry and failing. I'd think if you had feed drum bearing problems you'd be experiencing chain issues not a howling noise. Disconnect the corn head and see if the noise is still there or not with the drive fully sped up.
