We really needed another matching tractor to our 7010 for the hay operation so I finally won an online bid for a tractor that was 60 miles away.  Bought it without visiting the seller because I saw it too late to go look at it.  So, it was risky.  2200+ hours which is wrong hours I am sure, but I do not know any history on it or what the hours really are.  The question is did someone redo the engine at 2200 hours?  It is possible that it has 12200 hours, I suppose.  Engine runs too good for that to be the case I think.

Son just cut 8 acres of hay with it fresh off of the trailer and the only major issue is the leaking of the front steering cylinder identified so far.  There are some things I am not clear about so I thought I would show some of the issues and get comments.

Is the black rubber stuff available to do the glass correctly?  Worried it is going to fall out.

Front view, came with weights and clamp on duals.

Side view, does have original stadium lights and very nice mirrors, almost new.

The rear tail lights are pretty nice for moving round baler.  They swing in and out too.  Missing the top link though.  I don't need the top link much anyway.  I will borrow my 7010 if I need to use one.

It has an electric fuel pump.  i always thought these were put on to fix a weak fuel feed but not sure, if this is good or bad.

What is the purpose of putting a shutoff valve in this hose?  When do you open it?  It came shut off.  A/C doesn't work.

In looking at tractors if the rear tires match i thought whoever owned it before cared more about it

Fehr Cab should have window gaskets
Matching rears?
Shut off valve on heater hose? I've done that to mine as well. Reason I believe is because the temp control in the cab is not functioning correctly leaving it hot all the time. With the ball valve fully closed can run the fan and not get hot air blowing on you in the summer. That's my take anyway
I like the swing out taillight. But I wired up trailer plug cuz one wagon is wired and I have another set on magnets to use on other things

Due to the fact that I saw the wide tail lights meant it had been a working tractor lately.  Of course, that still could have been years ago.
