Look at the throttle shaft. Wiggle it. It separates exactly in the middle. There is a J clip or E ring type depending on type of pump - electric or manual shut off - in the slot of the shaft. The Clip goes through the slot on one side and into the groove on the male shaft and retains it.  Use a screwdriver or tool and pry it up . Then, as it flys off into some inaccesible place look for it for an hour or so. It will be in the last place you look . The inside shaft will not come out - it hits the block. The spring overtravel will have to be diassembled via removing the allen screw if pump is still on the tractor to allow removal. The orings and other items are on the shafts you will remove. This is for a Roosa Master - DBGF or DM what ever.   The clips are black in color. The manual cut off clip has the j leg that turns off the metering valve blade at the inside rear of the pump.
