I've decided to sell my 1939 RC, as I hardly use it any more. This is a running tractor with almost all of the mechanical repairs completed. It has all of the special RC parts. It's got a fresh engine, re-cored radiator, rebuilt magneto, rebuilt generator. All good sheet metal and tires. New rear rims with good tires all around. New Battery box. This tractor has all the options, PTO, Belt Pulley, mechanical lift, Electric starting & lights. The paint was done many years ago , more to preserve the metal rather than be a restoration. I'm asking $6000, I'm sure I've put much more than that into it. I'd consider a partial trade with cash of something I'd consider usable. The correct rear wheel centers are not shown in the pictures however I have them to go with the tractor. I also have a few NOS parts that would go with the tractor. Located in Maryland, very near Gettysburg, Pa.

If it was fun to pull in LOW gear, I could have a John Deere.
Real pullers don't have speed limits. If you can't make it GO... make it SHINY |

A few thing that would interest me for trade bait would be:
A matched pair of 20.8X38 Bias low ply tires with good tread A 60s-70s something small car with 6cyl/auto in daily driver condition or fixable to that point. Not looking for a rust bucket Edited by PaulB - 11 Mar 2024 at 10:25am |

I'm on the fence about coming to the show in LaPorte, If someone was seriously interested in this RC, that could persuade me o make the trip and bring the RC along.
If I were to come to the LaPorte show, I'd have room on the trailer to haul something from the middle east coast are to the show for someone looking for a ride for something.

I could be interested in an older 2 cylinder street motorcycle in the 300-500 CC range, that would be in ready to ride condition as trade +/-.
In the last few months I've taken it along to tractor pulls with me. My wife have entered it in the 3000 pound antique classes and it has always been a winner.

Delivery could be arranged to the Allis Chalmers Show at Williams Grove this weekend (7/2-3/24) and there might be someone coming to the show that could help you with transportation from there closer to you.

I'd be willing to negotiate the sale with those that would be serious, tire kickers, not so much.
