Has anyone done this? I know anything can be done depending on how much money and fabrication is needed. My 200 steps which I added another lower step this spring still are uncomfortable for me between my left meniscus knee and right bursa enflamed hip. Thanks! Dana

So are you restricted to right or left approaches???? I liked that step and rail on that 190 posted here the other day. My 200 is going to have a make over also..The 7000 balck belly is kinda far down the project line and those steps are tempting....Take care...Dale

I added steps from my black frame 7060 to my 200 with factory cab. I’ll go out and get you some measurements.

I have a 3 in.² tubing with quarter inch thick wall. It measures 19 inches long. And I had to drill 2 half inch hole and the bolts come up into the bottom of the cab. I drilled and tapped holes for 3/8 bolts that goes through the steps into the side of the square tubing. Then I made a brace from the bottom step up to the battery box. It really has a good feel to it. My 7045 is sitting right next to it and the bottom step height is the same.

Have you tried the Noonan steps?  I put one on my 190XT and I am very happy with them.  Direct bolt on and nice evenly spaced pads.  The factory steps leave little to be desired by comparison.

that step above works great if you have two good legs... If you have one weak leg you might want a set of WIDE steps so you can step up, then pull your other foot to that same step, then step up again, etc..... Each step is wide enough to get both feet on at the same time............... plus it can be sloped more like stairs instead of a step ladder.

I bought 2 of the steps like Dseries shows, one set on my 180 and one on my 190XT, i'm going to mount the original step from the 190 onto the side of the battery box just ahead of the fender to help get me onto the platform.

I think the 200's step is pretty straight up,making it hard to pull yourself up into the cab.
