When I ate them they were very rich flavor. 
1 egg was 2 chicken eggs for me.

Great Aunt always baked with Duck Eggs, chicken eggs were for making more chicks or for other meal items.  Larger in general, Larger Yokes so more flavor.

Made better Quackers too!!!
