Here's something new for us to play with. It's a 1956 model that's been converted to gas. I stumbled onto it a couple of hours from home, and couldn't pass up the chance to have it, especially with the factory power steering and the 4 bolt wide front. This is a B230 engine, and can somebody tell me what the horsepower ratings were for these? I've tried to find out some specs, but I haven't had much luck. It seems like a decent repower job, with the only major mod I've found was where the frame was notched to clear the oil filter base. I have a spare 230 diesel and I'm pretty sure we'll put this one back stock. The trip loader is in nice shape, and if anyone is interested in it, make me an offer. Thanks, Eddie 217-497-2536

The 230 in the AII was rated at 76hp on the engine at 2300rpm. The pto hp would be at leased 12 to 15hp less. The pto is geared wrong for the correct hp.
