Can’t find any locally. I can’t understand why?
There is still plenty of milk and other dairy products. Just curious as to why? Still see the heavy whipping cream as well. |

Went to the store yesterday and some things are getting scarce.
Couldn't find some things. Cream cheese and sour cream were 2 of them. My favorite pies were missing too.

Anybody see the price of butterfat recently? We started feeding vegetable fat in the ration to increase milk fat. Got a Guernsey senior three year old giving 150 pounds of 10% butterfat. I ship to a small plant and they can use all the fat they can get

Haven’t noticed a shortage of that, yet. Have noticed on certain items, there is a lot less of the number of manufacturers of an item on shelves, ie; one or two brands of ketchup instead of the 4 or 5 as usual.

I tried to follow the science, but it was not there. I then followed the money, and that’s where I found the science.

The half half has been getting scarce for quite some time.
At Walmart in particular. The local grocery still carries some Holland but I think it’s basically milk and very expensive |
