Folks, I looking to put this information out on as many forums as possible. On 5 July my Allis Chalmers 616 was stolen from a storage yard here in Elizabethtown KY. It was on a 12 foot single axle trailer which has a "duck Tail" and 4' ramp. The police have been notified, but I wanted to put as much information out in the public arena as possible. I want my tractor back, or at lease these thieves put in jail. As I said before on the forum page you folks know, these Allis Chalmers, they are unique and whoever stole the thing may try to sell it, part it out or what ever and since you all are scattered throughout out the country, the more eyes that are aware of this the better, who knows. I've attached pictures of my tractor alone and as it sat in storage (undercover, but you'll get a sense of the trailer, the kayak was not on the trailer at the time of the theft). If anyone has any advice for me please send it my way. I have the VIN# for the trailer and the SN for the Allis and Onan Engine, so if that's needed let me know. I stated that it was a 73, but it's a 1972 model, just burnt up when I first posted this information and still am, but I'm thinking a bit clearer. Please keep your eyes and ears open, needing all the help I can get.

They may sit on it forever and use it if they live in a more rural area, but if they plan to sell it, they'll likely wait a few weeks at minimum. I'll keep my eyes peeled. I'm always searching for these tractors and their parts on the internet.

I’m really sorry and hope they find your tractor in excellent condition as it was when they took it. Never understood why a person steals something that doesn’t belong to them. No excuse for it happening.
