What year are you referring to? I believe they made this model for about 30 years with lots of updates and changes to hydros and engines.

Don’t know year but it has the Kohler twin engine power steering and electric lift with the hydro

The Simplicity tractor/mowers you are referring to are basically good, solid machines except for the ones with the Kohler KT17 series 1 engine. That particular engine did not have a pressurized engine oiling system. The problem was corrected in the KT17 series 2 engine.
