Back in the day had a Seconds Store in Ft Scott KS where I lived and worked. Not sure if that is even there now.

I tried to follow the science, but it was not there. I then followed the money, and that’s where I found the science.

We have a lot of Berne Bib's as they are made just over the border in Berne Indiana. I have worn Carhartt but as stated they have changed. Farm Store near me used to sell Key Polar King and they fit and wore good. I just got a Key Polar King jacket mailed to me from Ft. Scott Kansas. Wasn't anymore than buying from a store.

i wear the bernie coveralls alot in the shop because there isnt anything on them that can scratch a paint job, but i really still would rather wear the bibs out on welding jobs and general fab work

I have worn Key's for years but they aren't as heavy as Carharts. I don't like the pocket style of Liberty but that's probably because I have been used to the two chest pockets on Key for so long. I was thinking I need to switch to the striped ones, maybe they would make me look thinner.

Oshkosh only makes infants/kids apparel anymore. Watch the sizing on the different brands. The only 2 brands still made in the U.S. are Pointer Brand made in Tennessee, and Round House made in Oklahoma. Pointers do make a style with detachable suspenders and a lo-back, they are pretty blousy in the legs. To get the correct size you need to add about 4" to your regular waist size, but the inseam seems to be true to length on your regular jeans. I wear Key Imperials, Pointers, and Liberty--'bout the time they get comfortable they are worn out! -R. Musgrave

Was at Orschlens today trying on Carharts, didnt like the new cheap fastener on top, and at $109.99, nahhh, way back in the corner they had Bernies, 65.99, and little bit over was a differt color Bernies at 39.99,, and I aint racist so I bought 2 pair at $39.99 ; thought it was a great deal , and the stretchy pants sites was nice too
