The Kevlar belt is a good one, but higher, of course, but I've always had good luck with any of the belts that were green...more of a commercial type belt??? Just my thoughts...

I have been using Kevlar belts for a few years now and really like them. I used to get the green Gates belts over the standard black belts. Over time they stretch, haven’t had that issue with the Kevlar belts.

I just use the GATES or GOODYEAR black Industrial Belts...  problem comes in when you get the CHEAP CHINESE belt.
Like them all, but love the "B"s.

I have always used oem woods belts with no problem until now. The one on the IB fell apart a year ago August which lasted me 5 years. I put a new belt on and that one lasted until June this year. Got another belt and that one lasted until the end of August. Called the dealer and no warranty as belts are consumable. Its pretty bad that a $150.00 belt can only last 2 months. The Woods belts are now made in Indonesia. Now have a Oregon belt on it. Will see how long it will last. They are about half the price as a oem Woods belt.

WE HAVE A BINGO... You HOPE by buying OEM you are getting quality... Not always the case.. WOODS does not make belts, they use to buy them from GOODYEAR or GATES... Now they buy one from Indochina for $3.49 and resell it for $150.  people will catch on th that REAL QUICK..

Dad's Woods on his C broke a belt this summer. It had been on there for better than ten years with no problems. We put a new Woods OEM on for $104 and it turned with in an hour. Couldn't get it to stay on without rolling. Got an A & I and so far it has stayed on for half the summer. Less than half the price of Woods. Dad has always bought OEM before this.
