Well,,Fixer,,since you asked,,,,,Wink,,,actually,,,I think it is some different things,,,,first of all durin the hotter months I drink a glass or two of ACV,,,,then I been makin my coffee with a whole cinniman stick in the coffee maker ,,,UMM, UMM,,
But mostest ,,I think is,, I started some months ago to take 6-8 drops of the CBD oil when I get up long bout 1-2 Am. Mostly for the pain in my left shoulder  and It is susspossed to help with pain management, weight loss and stabilizes blood pressure,,, But the best thing is I am NOT a couch potato by no means,,fact is I prolly do too dang much during the day and wear myself down  and burn them calories,,,,Clap

Wink Good to have good news. LOL And your not stirring the pot.LOL

I forgot you been into Wink all them old time home fixes. Have used any of the CBD creams on your shoulder or just oil.

My wonderful is dead set against cannibals and she thinks CBD is about the same. Which I know better, but i am in enough trouble without stirring her up on purpose. But she did give a tube of DEEP BLUE from other herbs and oils. I think it may help my knees, but could just be wanting it to work.LOLLOLLOL

I've been taking pills for high blood pressure till I found out my blood pressure is lower after lunch than it is in the morning so I schedule all my appointment after lunch and now instead of 2 blood pressure pills I am down to 1.
I graduated from school at 110 lbs I don't care what I ate I could gain weight. Enter the Army I gained weight got discharged I gained weight? Now I am still 5'8" tall but I am 195 lbs. the days of 30" waist in jeans is long gone.
