Taken from Ammunition Depot website, that jacketed hollow point should expand, it looks mean too.   I'm prejudiced against a .357, just a .38 special with a little steroid.
PMC Starfire ammo features a unique hollow point design, intended to expand quickly after impact. These rounds feature a patented "rib-and-flute" expanding projectile, which allows the bullet to bloom to close to double its width at full expansion. Starfire rounds are intended to penetrate and stop inside the target, ideally expending 100 percent of the cartridge's energy for the best knockdown power possible. When combined with the advanced hollow point design, this makes for an effective self defense .357 Magnum cartridge.

I'd guess about half the population keeps beavers close to them...

The Beaver was identified as Harry Beaver. The cause of death was hit and run!
