it's pretty quiet here John, the so called self appointed stockholder manager said he has to wait for the other stockholder by you to give him a graph of the net and gross for this year, neither one of them can figure simple add/subtract math. I walked thru the corn field next to my house one day, i'd be pretty safe to say that about 80% of the corn ears were about 6 inches long and shorter, and only one ear on the stock, all the ears were sticking upright, they never flopped down. it was planted so thick, i'm sure that's why the ears were so small. one hillside they didn't even harvest, there was nothing there but 3 foot stalks with no ears on them. they sell pioneer seed and that's prolly why it was planted so thick, more seed sold! they don't give us a break on the seed price. when I ask to see the expenses, they always ask why I want to know? I told them I wanna see how you are spending my money! they won't show me, so I go to the bank and look on the account who they write checks to and for how much. last years input costs were $219. per acre. whew! now you got me started again...

Sorry to get you hot Dale, just wondering if things were better this year.  Doesn't sound like it's getting better.
