What is expected, no decals to copy? You can sure tell when people never grew up on them.

Sometimes with all the misspellings I have to think about how it is really spelled. Not just Allis. Look up some other ones. Pretty funny but yet kinda sad!
Everything is impossible until someone does it! WD45-trip loader 1947 c w/woods belly mower, 1939 B, #3 sickle mower 1944 B, 2 1948 G's. Misc other equipment that my wife calls JUNK!

The way the Marketplace search works, it would probably show up. Half the stuff I get has nothing to do with what I type in.

A neighbor of mine is quitting his small hobby farm.  Is having a silent bid auction for all his stuff.  Has a 9N Ford with a minimum price of $3200!  His nice looking WD with a loader is $3500.  Heard it has had some transmission shifter problems.  It is a one day sale on this Saturday.  I seriously doubt either tractor will sell.  You can check it out on the Denver CL under Allis or tractor.

it'd be fun to have a 'sticky' or 'thread' with all the interesting spellings. postings should include a 'link' to the ad.
and..

Before I was introduced to AC I believed "Chalbmers" was correct but then again I used to wonder why the protesters weren't gathered around the "END CONSTRUCTION" signs on the highway.

I have probably 60 or 70 craigslist ads that I've collected over the years of every possible spelling of Allis-Chalmers that you can imagine.... I'll post a few classics... These are older ads from around MN and WI...

Some of those are the only ones in existence, which explains the price.
I've noticed in sending texts, that I really have to be careful to make sure what I thought I typed in is what showed up on the screen.  I think in some cases, at least, it's the electronics doing the misspelling.

Aren't confusers inflatulenceable. I hate them silkywares that oughtmatiticlly correct sphelling without heightlighteng the corectald word.  Only got 1 correction in them first two sentences, and it was "confusers". The software must of thought I was insulting it's host. Wink    Suggested: confuses and confuted.
