I have the correct pie weights for the rear on the tractor. Should i leave them on or take them off to sell seperate?

My advice would be to leave them on the tractor.
If you do decide to sell them separate, have the auctioneer announce that the weights are selling separately and have him sell them immediately after selling the tractor (with the buyer being responsible for removing them). You might want to start spraying the bolts (nuts) with penetrating oil, so the won't be too hard to remove.

I'd pull the weights off and have them on the ground lying beside the tractor, sell the tractor and then sell the weights. That way no confusion over who gets what and buyers usually don't have the tools to take off something like weights at an auction. If a buyer will pay more for the weights on the tractor they'll also pay more for them off the tractor plus more bidders can them bid on them.
