If it's the same as a WD, it would be about 110 psi. My WD cylinders are all about 100 psi.

According to my WC shop service manual:
(Which you can get here: http://www.3000toys.com/allis/manuals.asp)
Gasoline engine - 95 lbs.
Low octane fuel engine - 75 lbs.
Aluminum Piston 217311 - 104 lbs.

The important thing I have heard and read is to have a consistent amount in all 4 cylinders.  If one is way different, then you have other issues.
