Just looked at a 8070 sn 1496, with a bad engine. Are there any ovious problems that i should look for if i overhaul it my self? 5000 hr on the tractor and it had a broken ring and ruined one piston. The rest of the tractor seems to be in average shape, but i am not to familar with the 8070 engine and the difference from my 8050 engine.
Thanks Randy

I'd change the torque limiter while you are that far.
