I am looking for some hood latches for a D10II. Others D-series latches will probably work as well. Thanks, Jeremy Harmon. jjharmon@vt.edu

When I was searching for latches for my D10, I discovered that the same exact latch was used on steel military ammo boxes( the canvas handle older ones wwII era). I found one at a garage sale and the other ones on ebay by searching ammo boxes. I had no luck any where else, and these are exact.

Which ones are you looking for as they used different one on the D series. I have one latch in stock which has the 1/2" wide blade with the bent hook on the end, I have a supplier sending me samples for the one with the oval end with a slot that fits the D14 and a quote for this same type that has a longer blade length that fits the D15. Don't have a series II here to see what you need. Can you send me a picture?
went to local AGCO dealer and they and AGCO did not have any......Had them do a nation wide dealer search and nothing showed up.

Both types of D series hood latches are still available. I can buy them at a local industrial fastner supplier. I sell new roller mills that have the exact same latch on the guards. Send me a PM and I'll look up the info.
