Restoring a B-10. Sandblasting, tin in great shape. Exoxy primes, now using Old Caterpillar Yellow. Looks great! New decals here, can't hardly wait for a cruise 'round the lawns.

Some people like the Deere new construction yellow paint you can get at a dealer. It is inexpensive and good quality paint made by Valspar. It looks alright if you paint the whole tractor. Both the Deere paint and the "Cat" colors tend to have too much of a "butterscotch" appearance.
Wells Implement has put together a nice paint chart with color codes for Auto paint, See below: www.wellsimplement.com/bseries.htm Edited by ACmowerguy - 05 May 2015 at 8:47pm |

How does the 'Challenger' yellow look when used to paint the lawn & garden B's?
There are a few Challengers in the area, and I was wondering; still prefer whatever's closest to original... -Jim Edited by JRP1952 - 06 May 2015 at 8:35am |
