Bought 712s a week ago and it needs a new steering wheel. I've checked on e-bay and a couple suppliers and can't find one. Anybody know where I can find one?

do a search of simplicitys of that era, they are the same, and u get a lot more results,joes outdoor power usually has one on there,ive got several things from him,very good seller,

I believe all the 700 series steering wheels are the same. Some of the Simplicity models also.

Yes the part # is 1606342  .Look it up at Simplicityparts.com. the model # you well need for your mower is 1690075  . It well come up as a Simplicity mower, but its the same tractor/ mower. Hope this helps...
