6080 hydraulics - loader bleed off

   I have a 6080 AC with a loader on it with hyd. problems; the loader will come down slowly on its own , - theres no leaks at the hoses or cylinders and I raised it up -undone the hoses and loader stayed put - so Im thinking its in the tractor ; neighbor has a 6060 with the same thing; any fixes for this ?
