where can i find how to fix a handclutch- i found a large heavy gauge retaining wire in the compartment where the hand cl is-   the tractor stopped moving so i took the inspection plate off under the battery box, and found the big wire,  the foot clutch appears to be working, but i put it in gear and it wont move--the handclutch spins but not the shaft going to the rear end-     but i jacked it up and spun the tire around and the shaft coming from the rear end does turn,, ?
