I saw an ad recently for a 22' 2600 disc nearby. It is a bit out of my price range, but it got me wondering if I could even pull it with the 8030 PS FWA. Currently, to give you an idea of my soil, I pull a 7 shank 1500 min till 5th to sixth on the flat in good ground, but if I hit a clay and or a hill I am usually down to 4th.

It isn't necessarily the width, but the weight per blade, the number of blades, the angle of the blade gangs and how deep you disc. A model 2500 double-fold that is 25 ft width and 9 inch spacing works well behind an 8050 or 7060 2WD in gently rolling ground. It is also set at the minimum angle on the gangs. A model 2600 is heavier than a 2500. If it is a center-fold frame, it will pull easier than a double-fold frame. It should also be an 11 inch blade spacing for 24 inch diameter blades.

I pull a 22 foot center fold 2600 with 9 inch spacing with my 4w220 or 8070 MFD and with it set midway on the angle it will may them work in heavy soil.

A 23 ft 9inch spacing 24 inch blades, will pull as hard as a 30ft 2500 7inch spacing 20inch blades.

Father in law bought a new 1, pulled it with a 9000 ford that was turned up to 180+ HP. Worked good with new rear tires and new tires on the duals. Tractor engine only lasted 3 years at this HP output.

If I pulled my 22 foot Sunflower with my 8030 the Allis disc should be a cake walk. The Sunflower was a handful but I managed.
